This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"). 1. What we collect When you place an order, contact us, or use our order-tracking page, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, delivery and (where applicable) billing address, and GSTIN if you supply one for a business invoice. 2. Why we collect it (purpose limitation) We use this data only to: fulfil and ship your order, issue a GST-compliant invoice, respond to enquiries and support requests, and meet our legal obligations (e.g. tax records). We do not sell your data or use it for purposes beyond these without asking you first. 3. Consent By submitting the checkout or contact form, you consent to us processing your data for the purposes above. Where we ever want to use your data for something else — for example, marketing — we will ask for your separate, explicit consent first, not bundle it into this policy. 4. How long we keep it We retain order and invoice records for as long as required under applicable tax and consumer-protection law, and enquiry records for as long as needed to resolve your query and a reasonable period after. 5. Your rights Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and request erasure of your data (subject to our legal obligation to retain transaction and tax records for the periods the law requires). Security We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we do not store payment card details on our own systems — payments are processed by our payment gateway partner directly.
