Terms of Service These Terms govern your purchase of the Firefly F-21 emergency descent device from Falcon Fire Safety Pvt Ltd ("Falcon Fire Safety", "we", "us"). 1. The product Firefly F-21 is a mechanical emergency descent device, sold in length variants. It is shipped to you and is self-installed by the buyer — Falcon Fire Safety does not provide a site survey or an installation service. Installation instructions ship with the unit. 2. Placing an order An order is confirmed once payment is received. Prices shown at checkout are inclusive of GST unless a GSTIN is supplied, in which case tax is shown separately per applicable law. 3. What Falcon Fire Safety commits to We commit to shipping the length variant you ordered, matching the specifications published on the product page at the time of your order, and to the after-sales support described in our Refund & Returns Policy. We do not offer or imply any commitment beyond what is stated on this page and in the product specification — please read the product page's full specification before ordering if you have questions about fit or suitability for your building. 4. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, Falcon Fire Safety's liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Correct installation and use of the device, including compliance with the installation instructions provided, is the buyer's responsibility. 5. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts local to Falcon Fire Safety's registered office. Before pursuing a dispute, please contact our Grievance Officer (see the Grievance Redressal page) — most concerns are resolved directly. 6. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
