Refund & Returns Policy 1. Return window You may return an unused Firefly F-21 unit, in its original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. 2. Condition The unit must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included. A unit that has been installed or shows signs of use cannot be accepted for a standard return — contact us if a fault becomes apparent after installation, and we will assess it under this policy in good faith. 3. Return shipping For a return due to a genuine defect or an error on our part, we cover return shipping. For a change-of-mind return within the window above, the buyer arranges and pays for return shipping. 4. Refunds Once a returned unit is received and inspected, we process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned unit. 5. Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
